Welcome to GunPlace.com (“Website”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use this website.

1. Eligibility

By using GunPlace.com, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You are legally permitted to purchase and/or possess firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
• You are not prohibited from firearm ownership under local, state, or federal laws.

2. Compliance with Laws

• It is your responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws before making a purchase.
• We do not sell or ship firearms directly to individuals—purchases must be processed through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
• By purchasing from us, you confirm that your transactions are legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payments

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, GunPlace.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We may cancel these orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Transfers

• Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer for transfer.
• You must provide a valid FFL dealer’s information at checkout.
• If your firearm is returned due to a failed background check or legal restriction, a restocking fee may apply.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from GunPlace.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use this website for:

• Illegal transactions or firearm purchases outside of legal channels.
• False or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Attempting to bypass firearm laws by providing incorrect FFL information.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• GunPlace.com is not responsible for misuse, illegal possession, or improper handling of firearms purchased from our website.
• We do not guarantee that any product complies with specific state or local regulations—you are responsible for verifying compliance.

GunPlace.com is a retailer and not a manufacturer. All products are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty coverage is limited to that provided by the original manufacturer.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations & “All Sales Final”:
To ensure lightning-fast shipping, our fulfillment process begins immediately. We cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.
If we are successfully able to intercept and cancel an order before it ships, the refund will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.
Once an order has shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept voluntary returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind.

Ammunition:
For safety, legal, and liability reasons, all ammunition sales are strictly final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on ammunition under any circumstances.

Forced Returns (Refused Shipments & FFL Issues):
While we do not accept voluntary returns, if a shipment is forced back to us, you will be heavily penalized. If you refuse a package at the door, fail a background check at your FFL, or fail to pick up your firearm within 14 days of its arrival, the item will be returned to us.
In these forced return scenarios, your refund will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus the full cost of both original and return shipping.
Orders lacking FFL paperwork after 15 days will be automatically canceled and subject to the 30% restocking fee.
Defective firearms must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty. Please thoroughly inspect your firearm at your FFL before accepting the transfer. Once transferred, it is legally yours.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention:
We strictly enforce our All Sales Final policy. Initiating a chargeback for a valid order, an abandoned FFL transfer, or a failed background check is considered friendly fraud.
We aggressively dispute all unwarranted chargebacks with full documentation, including FFL delivery signatures, and the customer will be held liable for any dispute fees incurred. All Sales Final once an order has shipped. Voluntary returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GunPlace.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

GunPlace.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance.
