Are the products you sell brand new?

Yes, all of our firearms, ammunition, and accessories are 100% brand new. We pride ourselves on offering the lowest prices online for new, high-quality gear.

Do you charge sales tax?

We offer no sales tax in most states.

Is it safe to buy a gun online?

Absolutely. However, you cannot have a firearm shipped directly to your home. By law, all firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

How does buying a firearm online work?

It’s easy! Simply add the firearm to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout (or shortly after), you will need to provide the information of a local FFL dealer near you. We will ship the firearm directly to them. Once it arrives, you will go to their shop, fill out the necessary background check paperwork (ATF Form 4473), and take your firearm home.

How do I find an FFL near me?

We have a network of preferred dealers you can choose from at checkout, or you can have your preferred local gun store email their license to sales@gunplace.com.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast is your shipping?

We offer lightning-fast shipping! In fact, we provide fast 2-day shipping on most items in our store.

Can ammunition be shipped to my home?

In most states, yes, ammunition can be shipped directly to your door. However, some states (like California, New York, Illinois, etc.) have specific restrictions and may require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL or licensed vendor. Please check your local laws before ordering.
