Amazing experience with Primary Arms. Items ship same day if ordered on time, ships quick and always a reasonable price. I bought a pistol light, optic, and barrel compensator combo and all shipped same day. No complaints
These guys are the worst. Called customer service about an order. Was given direction. Followed those directions and they just canceled the order. My last order i paid for 3 day shipping and it ended up taking over a week. No refund for the extra funds I paid for the 2 day shipping. Will not be using these guys in the future.

There a pick up only, they dont keep inventory of there own products. I dont use cards i only pay cash.

Ordered a non-ffl item Monday. They clearly state shipping next business day and delivery date of 4/23. This, of course, didn’t happen. Apparently the Rep claims they are closed on MONDAYS. So my order has not shipped and will not arrive on the quoted date. They issued a tracking number today on the 3rd business day, but the item actually hasn’t shipped, and won’t actually start the shipping process until late today or tomorrow, which is actually the date quoted for delivery. Stop playing “your item has shipped” games by generating the shipping label, it’s dishonest and (probably intentionally) creates unrealistic expectations from your customers. I’m sure they will try and hide behind the generic ‘all dates are estimates’ line, but that’s weak and 100% an excuse for poor shipping. The item itself wasn’t a great price either, it was just the average. Would I recommend them to a friend? Not likely.

Ordered my AR 15 ejection port dust cover from Ashton. The one I received from the company they buy them from their distributor sent me one that was kind of faded. Contacted Ashton and he overnighted a brand new one to me. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be ordering other stuff from them when needed.

Great service. Quick and fast pickup. They try to help you anything you need. Tray was of great help. Helped me find the right products and was honest about them. Amazing experience. They also dont charge ffl fees if you spend more than 150 in the store.
Only experience I have with this company is two phone calls that I made. Two different people and completely useless information and beyond rude, no idea what their problems were

I just placed maybe my 5th order in 5 years from them had everything i needed for my AK101 build
All other companies need to follow in yalls footsteps love ya guys!!!!! Keep up the good work
