Customer Service is flakey, but their products are good.
I purchased one of their AR’s and it’s been great. The only issue was the charging handle rubbed on the upper too much so there were clearance issues. After installing a Geissele charging handle, the issue is much better, but their tolerance is not as good as some of the higher quality manufacturers, but for the price, it is hard to argue that is it not a great bang for your buck.
Took a star because I had to troubleshoot my own issues as their customer service really didn’t provide much input during this process, but seeing as they did try, I updated the stars for the review and wrote this in-depth one to provide a bit more of a fair shake for an otherwise good company.

If true, it’ll be interesting to see if JJE/PSA does the right thing and undo AAC’s disgusting abandonment of the buyers of its TiRant and other legacy suppressors.
Need a fixed barrel spacer for your TiRant? SORRY, but we discontinued that a few years ago to make our lives easier, so you, our very valued customer, are out-of-luck.

I submitted a cancellation/modification request and received an email saying it was under review. The following morning, I was informed that the order could no longer be canceled. I then called customer service, and the representative simply told me to process the request through the automated system, and if I couldn’t cancel it, I should just return the item — but the shipping fee would not be refunded.
To be clear, I am not disappointed with PSA’s products. They make quality products, and I respect the value they offer. A lot of people shop at PSA because they want to save money while still getting reliable gear.
However, not having the capability to modify or cancel an order within a reasonable timeframe is a flaw in the business process and leaves a bad impression. On top of that, customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. In the end, customers are left paying for shipping twice over a simple mistake that could have easily been corrected shortly after the order was placed.
Update June 2.
So after their representative told me that the order can no longer be canceled. I already accepted the fact that i will be receiving extra magazines and the incorrect rail covers and paid shipping twice. Then PSA again screwed things up. They canceled the magazines after telling me order can no longer be canceled sent me the incorrect rail covers. So basically i paid $10 bucks for shipping for an item i wanted to be rectified. I called them again ask why they canceled the mags when they said they couldn’t cancel the order. I ask them if can reprocess the order for the mags and simply ask for a free shipping voucher atleast just as a concession. They just said no. The process is flawed.
