Stay away from MidWay! MidWay is a real low point in what are mostly excellent firearms and firearms accessory companies. MidWay failed to ship an order I made. After over 10 days of waiting, I emailed MidWay. MidWay offered absolutely no customer support to remediate their error. Instead, they referred me to their third party shipping insurance company telling me that I was lucky I purchased their shipping insurance and to wait another week, and then “file a claim” for the product. I have an FFL and spend about $30,000 annually on firearms, ammo and accessories. Thus, I have experience with a large variety of firearms related companies. The vast majority, such as Ruger, Henry, and Vortex, treat every customer like a member of the family and immediately resolve issues beyond normal expectations. I have also had other issues with the quality of products that MidWay has shipped to me in the past. I have had a few instances where the new product, when I received it, had obviously been an “open box” product or a return for major manufacturing defects that had been rebranded as new and shipped out again, especially the products they ship through AMAZON. MidWay’s inexcusably shoddy “customer service” is at the rock bottom of the many firearms, ammo and accessory companies I have done business with. STAY AWAY FROM MIDWAY!
Had a couple problems, but customer service is awesome and that’s reason enough to continue to do business together
They throw around the word “veteran” like it’s a marketing gimmick—making you think you’re supporting someone honorable who served, when in reality it just feels like a cheap sales tactic.
What an absolute disaster.
They screwed up my address and put the WRONG city on it—would’ve cost me a week in delays if I hadn’t gone out of my way to intercept it at the post office. Completely unacceptable.
Then their “refund” process? Total nonsense. They actually expect you to CHARGE your card again before they’ll give you your money back. Who does that?! Tried four different cards—ALL flagged as suspicious by the banks. But yeah, they claim this is “normal.” It’s not. It’s shady.
Now they refuse to refund me properly or send a check—only offering store credit like I’m supposed to just accept it. No thanks. Feels like a scam to avoid giving real refunds.
This company is a joke. Seriously. Do not trust them with your money.
Midway is the best place to order from. Would recommend them very much.
I have bought a 9mm glock 43x. I have retired and never fired it. Is it still worth what I paid.
Worst company to deal with . I placed a order for a piece smaller then a car key and was charged $8 . Call to check status and they said they sent it cheapest way possible and dont have tracking. Customer service said deal with it and I had to wait 13 more day before I could inquire again . I will no longer recommend or promote this company . Poor customer service . Dont over charge for parts and double the shipping
Tried to return a product that did not fit my gun as advertised MidwayUSA refused to help me. Will no longer do business with a company that has such little integrity and poor customer support.
Great customer service, quick order fulfilment
Working with this group has only gone from bad to worse. After not receiving delivery I was told to file insurance claim, which I did. Insurance told me I had no coverage. Enough said, I will avoid this group like the plague in the future
Ordered $50 worth of ammo that got delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get it worked out. I have called UPS, Extend who is the INS on the shipping and MIDWAY USA. Each company is pointing the finger at each other. This burden should never be passed on to the customer. As it stands MIDWAY USA say there is nothing they can do. Told me to call UPS back again. Let me explain how this should go for the dumb people in the corporate offices of MIDWAY USA. I ordered a package I am the customer it was never delivered due to no fault of mine. I call you and report the problem. You replace the item or refund my money, and YOU go after UPS. You do this because you want me to have a pleasant experience with your company, so I come back. Commonsense, I will never use your company Again and urge others to do the same. There are better companies out there….
They gave me a 20% off coupon but told me I was ineligble when I tried to use it. What a fraud filled company.

Tax-exempt accounts are ineligible for discounts for promotions, meaning that if my customer asks me to order something for him from Midway as part of a gunsmithing job, it will cost him more to get it from me, even if I charge no markup.
I’ve ordered plenty of stuff from MidwayUSA every time I’ve ordered from them, I’ve never had an issue. It’s always been quick fast and hurry unless it’s on back order. And even then the customer service and everything has been spectacular bear. My go to place to get stuff. I need especially burris scopes. Ammo little odds and ends for my guns. Most of the time, if I can’t find it.Anywhere I can normally find it at MidwayUSA and every time that I’ve called their customer service, they were nice, polite, help me the best way that they could. They are one of my go to places to get stuff for my guns and hunting

Placed order on 12/3/25 paid for Extend Insurance. The package was lost/mis-delivered to wrong address. I have been fighting with Extend for almost a month. I have called Midway and held for over an hour and sent 2 emails to customer support. No response from Midway and I think Extend is a scam as they keep making me jump through hoops but not replacing or paying for shipment. The order was for $1600 so I insured it due to the amount but they have not settled yet. I am very disappointed as if I had order from Amazon the items would been replaced. Still awaiting for Midway to respond.
